Misiunea noastră
The main objective of the project is to develop an integrated system that supports the farmer in all steps from preserving the genetic resources of traditional apple varieties, to long-term economically development of traditional orchards and production of apple processed products in ecologic system. This objective will be achieved by development of new techniques and processes for the maintenanceof traditional orchards, by implementation of transponder technology that will led to creation of a dinamic database and by development of new processed eco products derived from traditional apples.
